I'm not a smoker but I work with smokers and others with unwanted habits plus have a few of my own. The proof will be in the pudding when I start to put these tactics to work for myself and my patients, but I read a LOT of material on cravings, addictions, habit forming and breaking, and I find her approach practical and already have had success using some of the techniques favorite quote: It's the inevitable consequence of your willingness to manage and accept the feeling of the desire.
