Left to right, left to right, The part where Jennifer's boobs have "grown" was probably charming. Yup for a few minutes, then I moved back a couple rows. I used my peripheral vision to watch it. I prefer the a bit above the center. If I'm at the top row I see the projector light.
It wasn't that bad - the screen was curved and relatively low, meaning the people in the back could see it while still being in a comfortable viewing position for us front-seaters. I had to for freaking Avatar.
Has anyone ever sat in the very front row at the movies?
IMAX screens make it even worst and it was my first time seeing a 3D movie in years. I had to shield my eyes for much of the time. They had to stop filming until he recovered.
It turns out that all of her underwear is possessed by demons and that any man who tries to peek at them is doomed to die. First movie I had to do that in was Avatar. The theater was so packed, some people sat on the stairs. My god did my neck hurt for looking up at the screen for two hours. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2 was the second movie that happened to me The Lord of The Rings the fellowship of the ring and i had gone to the premier in Perth and it was so awesome i went again the next day but i had to go pee before the movie and when i got into there the only seats left were at the front,.
And for a 3 and a halfhour long movie sitting at the front was so bad for my neck but it was very much worth it. Also, because my boofhead "best friend" not wouldn't get to the cinema on time we had to sit in the front row during an advanced preview of Precious. Pissed me off so much.

The lesson here is that if you are going to an advanced screening get there early!! Just because its advanced doesn't mean its exclusive I can assure you!
I never do anymore but when I was a kid I used to do it all the time as I was very short when I was young and threatres weren't nearly as kind towards short folks as they were somewhat flat which meant that if I didn't sit in the front row there was a great chance a giant adult would block my view. I must say that is was a rather impressive sight as a child to sit in the front row for the opening shot of the film Star Wars.
I did it once, but I didn't think it was that bad at all. I certainly had to sit back in my seat all the way, but I could still see everything and understand what was going on lol. I've sat close to the front row once or twice. The most recent was for the midnight launch of Spider-Man 3 a few years ago.

I'd rather sit on the floor than sit in the front row. Mafiree Follow Forum Posts: Hallenbeck77 Same thing happened to me with one of the Harry Potters It seriously detracted from the experience. I wound up hating the movie initially, but it was more from the experience than the film itself. BranKetra Follow Forum Posts: FrostyPhantasm Follow Forum Posts: The Two Towers front row, the great legspace made it worth it. Who the hell sits in the front row of the movie theatre?
Now the front row in the movie theater is so close to the screen. Why they bother to even put seats there? Its like those seats are for near sighted folk, or the ones who are nearly blind cause sitting so close is hard to see for normal peeps. Do you know anyone who actually likes sitting in the front row? I sit near the front When I go to the cinema, I want to experience the big screen. If I want to see something ona smaller screen, I would stay at home.
Besides, up close, there's less chance of someone's head getting in my way.

Yes, they should only build theatres with half the amount of seats that start in the middle. Makes perfect logical sense. But then that becomes the front row now. The should just make it so there's only one row in the back!
